End-User License Agreement

Agreement

This End-User License Agreement governs access to and use of the Budget vs Actuals application. By accessing or using the application, you agree to this Agreement on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

License Grant

FC Tulsa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application solely for authorized internal business purposes and only in accordance with your assigned permissions.

Restrictions

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the application. You may not attempt to access data, classes, reports, or administrative functions beyond the permissions assigned to your account. You may not use the application in violation of law, contract, or applicable financial reporting obligations.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, using the application only for legitimate review and accounting workflows, and ensuring that any recommendations, approvals, comments, or write-backs you submit are authorized and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Data and Integrations

The application may display or process financial and operational data imported from QuickBooks Online, spreadsheets, and other configured sources. If enabled, the application may also write approved changes back to QuickBooks Online and send notifications through Google services. You acknowledge that these integrations depend on third-party services outside FC Tulsa’s direct control.

Ownership

The application, including its software, workflow design, content, and related materials, is owned by FC Tulsa or its licensors. Except for the limited license granted above, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Availability and Changes

The application may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. FC Tulsa may change features, integrations, or workflows as needed for operational, compliance, or security reasons.

Disclaimer

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FC Tulsa disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FC Tulsa and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising out of or related to the use of the application.

Termination

Your access may be suspended or terminated at any time if you violate this Agreement, no longer require access, or if FC Tulsa decides to discontinue the application or your organization’s use of it. Upon termination, your license to use the application ends immediately.

Governing Terms

This Agreement is governed by applicable law and any internal company policies or contractual obligations that apply to your use of the application. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
